Warranty Details

MYHIXEL products come with a 3-year manufacturing warranty.

MYHIXEL warrants MYHIXEL II device for a period of 3 years, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty electronics, workmanship or materials. If you discover a defect and notify us at customerservice@branddevelopers.com.au during the warranty period we will replace your device free of charge.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or damages due to non-observance of instructions or arbitrary modifications. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period.

When a warranty claim is required (device, box, charger, etc.), only the replacement item will be shipped.
For example, if the device is not working, only the device will be shipped. If the sleeve is defective, only this item will be shipped. In no case will you receive a complete device box/pack on our second delivery, you will only receive the replacement parts.

INCIDENT RESOLUTION PROCESS

To resolve any incidents, please contact our customer service team at  customerservice@branddevelopers.com.au

The resolution of incidents typically takes between 7 to 10 days, depending on the state of the device. Upon receiving your incident report, our technical support team will assess whether it is necessary to send the device back to us.

If we determine that the device needs to be returned, our team will provide you with instructions and a return label. Once we receive the device, our team will perform the necessary checks to verify its status. If we determine that the device is defective, we will send you a new one directly to the address you provided on the form.
